Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Referral Clerk to join their client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of medical referrals, contributing to the smooth operation of healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage medical referrals to ensure timely patient care.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients to facilitate the referral process.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of referrals and related documentation.
• Follow up on pending referrals and provide updates to relevant parties as needed.
• Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Education requirement is High School Diploma.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
